LUMC’s Prayer Ministry has several facets. There is the Prayers and Squares ministry which makes prayer quilts; a weekly prayer meeting on Wednesdays where every name on the LUMC prayer list is prayed over; a Sunday morning Prayer Room Ministry that signs prayer cards and prays for those desiring prayer; and various prayer vigils throughout the year.
