LAKEWOOD UMC CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Children's Ministry at LUMC provides many fun and exciting opportunities for our youngest members to grow in God's love. Some of our annual celebrations include Spring Fling, Vacation Bible School, and the Christmas Pageant. During the summer, a wide array a summer day camps provide relief from heat and boredom. At LUMC, our focus is for kids to build a Biblical foundation upon which they can grow a personal relationship with Christ.

KID'S WORSHIP - 11:10 am
During our 10:50 Traditional & New Song worship services, we offer EXPLORE and ELEVATE, kid's worship services for children 4 years of age through fifth grade. EXPLORE is a children’s introduction to worship. Songs, lessons and activities encourage kids ages 4 to 2nd grade to explore God’s Word. ELEVATE is a praise and worship service designed to captivate and inspire 3rd-5th graders to grow in faith. Kids begin in church with their parents and are escorted from the service by the Kid's Worship leaders. At the conclusion of the worship service, kids must be picked up from Explore in the Children's Chapel (in the Ark) or Elevate in the Lookout (E202).
