SAFE SANCTUARY TRAINING
Sunday, October 21 at 12:15 pm in room E118
Any volunteers working with youth or children are encouraged to take our next Safe Sanctuary Training. Mingo Williamson will present practical application of conference guidelines for child safety. Certification is valid for two years from the date of training. Please register online, or you can RSVP to Patty Henson at email@example.com. Childcare available with registration.
The Prayer Calendar represents LUMC’s adoration, confession, thanksgiving, and supplication (intercession and petition) to our Father, “Abba,” in Jesus’ name with the gift of His Spirit. We follow the Church’s liturgical seasons and symbols of Jesus’ ministry on earth.
We pray for His Spirit to guide us to Scriptural verse and prayer categories specific to our congregational needs. Each of us responds personally as the Heart Searcher knows each of us and joins all of us in unity with Him.
As you pray daily, please feel free to submit on-line to our Prayer Team any Scripture (chapter and verse) that He puts on your heart. The Prayer Team prays for His guidance for all future verse considerations and, next, for each day’s verse placement.
