Volunteers in Ministry

Volunteerism is at the heart of ministry, and at Lakewood United Methodist Church, there are myriad ways in which to volunteer.  Whether you feel called to be a missionary working in the Texas Annual Conference's Partners in Mission program, or a Sunday School teacher sharing the love of Christ with children, there is a place for you to serve.  In fact, your pledge upon joining the church, to support it through your prayers, presence, gifts and service, can be met locally or globally; the choice is yours!
